You’re Invited to Visit San Antonio’s Inaugural Annual Meeting

Time: Registration begins at 3 p.m., doors open at 3:15 p.m. and the program begins at 3:30 p.m.
Cost: $35 per ticket or $750 per table of 8

Hospitality tourism partners and community business partners alike are invited to attend the Visit San Antonio 2016 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 1, at 3:30 p.m. in the new Stars at Night Ballroom at the Henry B. González Convention Center. 

The line-up will focus on how “San Antonio Travels Forward” with:

  • NEW Breakout Sessions starting at 2:15 p.m.
    • Spotlight on SA: Marketing for 2017
    • Group Meetings Outlook: Selling the Destination for 2017 and Beyond
  • FY 2016-2017 priorities and new partnership opportunities
  • Updates on the transition to a public-private partnership 501(c)6
  • The latest economic impact report and numbers
  • Overview of the new Experience DedicatedTM Destination (EDD) program and survey results
  • Robert H.H. Hugman, Con Corazón & Event Services Manager of the Year Awards
  • Celebratory Reception with entertainment provided by The Pearl’s new Jazz, TX

And new this year, you’re invited to participate in an interactive informational session about our 2017 sales and marketing plans prior to the Annual Meeting.

Individual Admission
Admission includes one (1) seat in your choice of the Sales or Marketing breakout session, one (1) seat at the Annual Meeting and one (1) admission to the post-reception.

Eight (8) seats in your choice of the Sales or Marketing breakout session, eight (8) seats at the Annual Meeting at a premier table location and eight (8) admissions to the post-reception. Includes reserved table signage with name recognition and logo recognition as a sponsor in the Program Slideshow.

Online registration is now closed. You may purchase your individual admission on-site at Registration. On-site payment can be made by check, made payable to City of San Antonio, or we can invoice you.
